2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you contact us through the contact form on our website. This includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Message content
We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential collaboration. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to inquiries.
4. Data storage and processors
Contact form submissions are stored via Netlify Forms, operated by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which acts as our data processor. Transfers of data outside the EU/EEA are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain contact-related data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes of any resulting client relationship, but no longer than 24 months from your most recent contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting regulations).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
6. Cookies
Our site uses only technically necessary functionality and does not currently set tracking or marketing cookies.

You have the right to:

- request correction or deletion of your data
- object to processing or request its restriction
